Return & Cancellation Policy

Active Medications makes every effort to fulfill all your placed orders qualitatively and fast. However, there are times when we are unable to process your order, and as a result, must be canceled. The reasons can be due to the unavailability of the stock, limitations on quantities available for purchase or our credit and fraud avoidance department has encountered some problems with your cards.

If this happens, our customer care team will inform you if all or any portion of your order has been canceled. If your credit card has been changed even if your order was canceled, the amount deducted will be returned back into your card account.

Cancellation by the customer 

If you want to cancel your order, please contact our customer support service and send us the cancellation notice. If your order has not been processed yet, we will cancel it and return to you your payment in full amount. But if we have already processed and shipped your order, it cannot be canceled anymore.  

Non-Receipt of Payment 

Placed orders that are not paid yet are treated as canceled.  


Our refund policy acts as follows: 

If payment was made through money/ check order, we will send you the money/ check order back if the same has not been deposited. Please note that money/ check order will be sent to the billing address of the customer. Refunds made through check or money order may take more time to be delivered to your billing address and for the refund to be credited to your account after you deposit the check.  

Please note that we shall not be responsible for any delays in credit to the cardholder’s credit card account as that is being managed by the cardholder’s issuing bank.
